Refund Policy

At Card Republic s.r.o., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the ordered goods do not suit you for any reason, you may exercise your statutory right to withdraw from the contract under the conditions set out below.
Withdrawal from the Contract
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Conditions
Returned goods must be:
- complete,
- in their original condition,
- without signs of damage or excessive use,
- properly packed for safe transport.
For sealed products, we recommend keeping the original protective packaging intact.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at roman@cardrepublic.sk.
- Provide your order number and state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
- Pack the goods securely and send them to the address we provide.
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will process the refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the payment using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We will issue the refund no later than 14 days from receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to us or until you provide proof that they have been sent, whichever occurs first.
Return Shipping Costs
When withdrawing from the contract, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Goods
If you receive a damaged, incomplete or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at roman@cardrepublic.sk. We will aim to resolve the situation as quickly as possible by replacing the goods, repairing them or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by applicable law, particularly to goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods or to other statutory exceptions.
