These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between Card Republic s.r.o. as the seller and the customer as the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store www.cardrepublic.sk.
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

The subject of the purchase contract is the sale of authentic Trading Card Game (TCG) products through the Card Republic online store.
3. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability or other objective reasons.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
The buyer may use the payment methods available during checkout.
5. Delivery of Goods

6. Withdrawal from the Contract
The conditions for withdrawal from the contract are set out on the Refund policy page.
7. Complaints
The buyer has the right to make a complaint in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.

9. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to a reasonable extent. The new wording becomes effective on the date it is published on the website.
